General Site Tips

Navigation Primary Navigation is located both on the left-side of the page and directly beneath the main header. Use the leftside navigation to browse by musical genre, while the links at top will take you to various parts of our site including our main "music site".

Interactive Text A lot of the interactive portions of the site(i.e., secondary navigation, submit buttons, text) are presented to the user in yellow text. Use these links, buttons, and text boxes to change the quantity of your items, submit your orders, and navigate the store.

Find an Item The site has been organized into three divisions, Categories (Musical Category), Sub-Categories (Artists), and Items (Merchandise). All items are listed under their respective Artist, you may either browse by musical style or you can perform a "Quick Search". (See Below)

Quick Search A fast way to find an item is by performing a search, using a variety a key words such as the artist's name or the item's name. Just click on the red tab "Search" link and enter your key words. (Note: You must use the "Search" button for this search function to work correctly.)

Buy An Item To purchase an item, you simply need to use the "Add To Cart" button located on the item's page. After this, you will be brought to our Virtual Shopping Cart (See Below) where you can either "Continue Shopping" or "Check Out" by using the respective buttons. If you wish to "Continue Shopping" you will go back to our home page where you can browse and find another item to purchase. While if you decide to "Check Out", you will be sent to a secure server where you complete a three-step process to complete your order. You will be able to review your order with the total amount before it is formally submitted for processing. (Note: Allegheny County residents must check a small box so an additional 1% tax may be added to your total.)

Our Shopping Cart When you reach our shopping cart, you can change the amount of or delete any of the items listed by typing a new number into "Quantity" text box and then hitting the "Update Qty" button. To delete an item, enter "0" and hit the "Update Qty" button. If at any time you would like to view the contents of your cart just find the "View Cart" button just below the main header. Your cart can also be saved by clicking the "Save Cart" link in the lower right corner under your subtotal. This cart will then be saved for thirty days, and if you return to the store within this time, you will be prompted about its status.
